No Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our wholesale food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Products no longer required after purchase

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Food and grocery products
  • Frozen and chilled products
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
